Create a Foundations of Inquiry in Science & Technology General Education offering that immediately engages UCLA freshman in both hands-on engineering and a liberal arts perspective on technology and society.

Partnership with Community Colleges on Courses

Provide a mechanism for freshman and sophomore community college students to experience both hands-on engineering and a liberal arts perspective on technology and society while they are at the community college. >Eng192 Course Resources

Incorporation of Societal Impacts and Ethics into the Engineering Curriculum

Infuse current societal Impact and ethics components into current undergraduate engineering courses. Outcomes related to this new content are add to the course assessment to meet ABET Student Outcome Criteria #4.

General Education (GE) Course Tracks
